bbold | This tag should be used for symbols introduced by the [`bbold`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/bbold) LaTeX package. |

big-variant | Some symbols have variants which are just bigger (scaled). |

box | Boxes and symbols in boxes |

brackets | Brackets include parentheses, square brackets, curly brackets, angle brackets, and various other pairs of symbols. |

circled | Symbols which are in circles |

cmll | This tag should be used for symbols introduced by the [`cmll`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/cmll) LaTeX package. |

composite-symbol | A symbol which can be seen as a composite of multiple symbols, like `\idotsint` is a `\int\dots\int`. |

currency | Special symbols designed for currencies. |

cyrillic-alphabet | This tag is for all letters and variants of letters of the [Cyrillic alphabet](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyrillic_script). |

diacritic | All symbols with [diacritic marks](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diacritic). |

dots | All symbols which consist of dots only. |

dsfont | This tag should be used for symbols introduced by the [`dsfont`](https://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/doublestroke) LaTeX package. |

emoticon | An emotion is a pictorial representation of a facial expression that shows emotions. |

esint | This tag should be used for symbols introduced by the [`esint`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/esint) LaTeX package. |

extended-latin-alphabet | This tag is for all letters which are not in the "standard set" of 26 lower case (a-z) and 26 upper case (A-Z), but derived from them. Examples are German umlauts or letters with accents. |

gensymb | This tag should be used for symbols introduced by the [`gensymb`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/gensymb) LaTeX package. |

geometry | Symbols which have a geometrical meaning, like angles, shapes, perpendicularity. |
